You can cancel your reservation without any charge up to three days prior to your trip and get a credit refunded to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, the deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you do not show up will result in a full charge to your payment method for the entire trip amount.
