You can cancel without any charges up to three days prior to your scheduled trip and get a credit issued to your account. If you cancel less than three days before the trip, your deposit will be forfeited and paid to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being billed to your card.
All essentials are provided, but we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any other personal items you’d like to have during the trip.
