You can cancel without any charges up to 14 days prior to your trip and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will incur a full charge for the trip applied to your card.
