You can cancel without any charge up to three days prior to your trip and have the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be forfeited to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge of the trip's cost to your card.
We advise arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Complimentary parking is available within a brief walking distance from the boat ramp.
