You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 14 days prior to your trip and the corresponding amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and will go to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip price being charged to your payment method.
