About Your Guide

I was raised around boats, spending my childhood summers aboard a classic 32' wooden Pacemaker that my father owned from my early years through college. During my teenage years, my cousin and I teamed up to fish from a 17' Montauk Boston Whaler, exploring as far offshore as it would safely take us. That boat remained in our family long enough for me to teach my own children how to fish from it. For longer trips targeting tuna and sharks, I captained my dad’s 36' Delta and more recently, his 42' Post. Nowadays, I fish from a Wellcraft 230 Coastal, an ideal vessel for both river fishing and outings at nearby artificial reefs for wreck and drift fishing.

When you join me for a fishing adventure, the goal is to relax and have fun! While some anglers prefer being knee-deep in the catch, I focus on soaking up the sun, enjoying good music, sharing laughs, and of course, landing some great fish. My cousin and I always used to say when out on that Whaler, “Out on the water, every day is either good or great!”

Flexibility is key, and your guide can accommodate different starting points. Captain Michael truly impressed us with his expertise, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for fishing. He quickly got us on the bite and ensured the entire experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. The boat was spotless and comfortable, a testament to his professionalism. I highly recommend booking a trip with him!

Thank you, Lori! I’m glad your group had a wonderful evening. Enjoy the rest of your vacation and go Phillies!
