You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 60 days prior to your trip and get a credit added to your account. If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in charging the full trip amount to your payment method.
A port fee of 700 pesos applies, and gratuities are not included; these typically range from 10% to 20%.
