Enjoy free cancellation if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your booked trip, with the amount refunded as a credit to your account. If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in charging the full trip cost to your payment method.
There is a port fee of $5 USD or 80 pesos. Please note that tips are not included and are usually expected to be between 10% and 20%.
