Captain Jeffrey has been passionate about fishing in the waters of eastern North Carolina since childhood, beginning with pinfish trips alongside his mother. Over the years, he has gained experience as a charter boat mate and has remained a dedicated recreational angler, truly embodying a lifelong love for fishing.
