You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be forfeited and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
