You can cancel without any fees if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the trip will result in the loss of your deposit, which will be retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your card.
