You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be refunded as a credit to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in a charge for the full trip amount to your payment method.
