You can cancel your booking without any charges up to three days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, the deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the trip day or failure to show up will result in a full charge to your card for the trip cost.
Please bring comfortable clothing suited to the weather, along with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a securely fitting hat or visor. You are welcome to bring drinks, but kindly avoid glass containers. We provide a cooler with ice to keep your beverages cold, as well as a full-sized refrigerator for any snacks requiring refrigeration. Bottled water will be available for all our guests.
