You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least three days prior to your trip and the amount will be refunded as a credit on your account. If you cancel within three days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
