You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 7 days prior to the trip, and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account. If you cancel within the 7-day window before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
