You can cancel without any fees up to three days prior to your trip and get a credit issued to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
All essentials are provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any additional items you may want for the trip.
