You can cancel without any fees if you do so at least 3 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be refunded to your account as credit. If you cancel within 3 days leading up to the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your payment method.
All essentials are provided, but we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any personal items you may need during the trip.
