John was an excellent guide, catching six out of seven different fish species. The trip was very enjoyable and he was excellent with children. John and his partner Kevin made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
One guest expressed disappointment as the main goal of their trip was to catch snakeheads, but ended up fishing in a drainage area near the highway for small gars, which was not the experience they expected. Despite the effort from the guide, the trip did not meet their expectations. They had adjusted their schedule to include this outing and would have preferred clear communication about availability beforehand.
Regarding this feedback, the team appreciated the comments and have reached out to the guest to make amends. The guest had requested a last-minute booking and was accommodated as soon as possible. Although they caught several peacock bass and lost some fish during a brief three-hour excursion, the team understands the frustration when a specific target species is not caught. They are eager to offer a discount on a future trip and hope to provide a more satisfying experience next time.

You can cancel your reservation without any charge if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, the deposit paid to the guide will not be refunded. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your credit card.
