On a more critical note, one guest shared their disappointment after the trip did not meet expectations. The main goal was to catch snakeheads, but the experience involved fishing in a drainage area near the interstate for juvenile gar, which felt underwhelming and not aligned with what was promised. Despite the captain’s effort under challenging circumstances, the trip fell short of the guest’s hopes, especially after extending their stay and rescheduling multiple times. Clearer communication upfront about availability might have helped manage expectations better.

You can cancel free of charge if you do so at least 14 days prior to your trip and get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or no-shows will result in the full trip amount being charged to your card.

To boost your chances of landing trophy fish, we provide a selection of artificial lures, as well as live and cut bait. During your trip, enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and sunscreen. Our boats are fully equipped with shade cover, a trolling motor, and a power pole to ensure maximum comfort and convenience.
