You can cancel without any charge if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and will receive a credit added to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip amount being billed to your card.
