You can cancel at no charge if done 14 days or more before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will result in the full trip fee being charged to your payment method.
