You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, and you will get a credit added to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
