You can cancel at no cost if done at least 14 days prior to your trip and will get a credit added to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, the deposit paid to the guide is non-refundable. For cancellations on the day of the trip or if you do not show up, the full trip amount will be charged to your payment method.
