You can cancel without any charges up to 7 days prior to your scheduled trip and get a refund applied to your account. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
You are welcome to bring an ice chest and store it in your car. This way, once we return, you can properly preserve your catch for the trip home.
