You can cancel your booking without any fees up to 60 days prior to your trip and get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge of the trip amount to your payment method.
A port fee of $5 USD or 80 pesos applies. Please note that tips, usually ranging from 10% to 20%, are not included.
