We offer 4-hour outings targeting species such as Redfish, Snapper, Grouper, and Cobia, with the catch varying based on the season and daily conditions.

During your trip, you’ll engage in various fishing techniques including light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, and spinning. Your adventure takes place aboard a fully equipped 29-foot Pro Kat center console boat, comfortably accommodating up to 4 anglers. The vessel features an ice box, Garmin fish finder, radar, enclosed restroom, and a wireless trolling motor.

Safety is a top priority onboard. Captain Matthew provides comprehensive safety equipment including VHF radios (with one handheld unit), an EPIRB, a 4-person life raft, and a radar system that covers 48 miles—paired with XM satellite weather updates to keep you informed of any changes. All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the trip price, so you can focus solely on your fishing experience. Fishing licenses required for the day are also taken care of.

Sharing a fresh-caught fish dinner that he expertly filleted was one of the highlights, truly the freshest meal possible.
