You can cancel at no cost up to three days prior to your scheduled trip and have the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge of the entire trip fee to your payment method.
