Captain Jim grew up in the Florida Keys, following in the footsteps of his father, who was also a fishing boat captain. Since 1989, he has been working as a fishing guide, officially launching his own charter service in 2007. He holds a USCG captain’s license. Beyond the Keys, Captain Jim’s expertise extends to Maryland, Bermuda, and the Bahamas. While fishing in the Bahamas, he remarkably caught a 598-pound Blue Marlin in just 35 minutes, showcasing his exceptional skill. Our day out on the water with Captain Jim was fantastic. You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge of the full trip amount to your card.
Please bring sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and towels. All fishing tackle, including rods and reels, are supplied. Bottled drinking water will also be provided for your convenience.
