You can cancel without any fees if you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded as account credit. Cancelations made less than 48 hours prior will result in losing your deposit, which will be paid to the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your card.
All equipment is provided; however, we suggest bringing along sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal gear you prefer to use during the trip.
