You can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge of the full trip cost to your payment method.
