Whether you’re targeting inshore species or enjoying a relaxing trip, this bay boat promises an unforgettable fishing adventure.

Captain Doug, affectionately known as "Captain Pappie," has been navigating the waters of Port O'Connor for more than 15 years, with three of those years dedicated to guiding others. His love for fishing, combined with a genuine desire to help people create lasting memories, inspired him to become a guide. Alongside Captain Adam, they run an efficient and professional operation, striving to earn your trust and ensure an unforgettable outing for all the right reasons.
When you book a trip with them, you can expect top-notch equipment and exceptional service. You'll have the option to choose between two well-maintained, newer boats, each meticulously cleaned inside and out by the captain after every excursion, offering both safety and comfort throughout your journey.
Captain Doug is equally committed to conservation as he is to the sport of fishing. While he will gladly clean and prepare your catch at the end of the trip, he practices catch and release for larger breeder fish to help sustain the fishing experience for future generations.
He is also flexible regarding your preferred departure location. Captain Doug is an outstanding guide who makes everyone feel like part of the family from the start. What was supposed to be a challenging fishing day turned into a successful adventure at every spot he took us. The only funny issue was that the women ended up catching the biggest fish! Thank you for an amazing experience.
We greatly appreciate the wonderful feedback. It was truly a pleasure spending time with you all, and I'm glad we managed to land some good fish together. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. Capt Pappie.
Our most successful day for Redfish ever! Captain Doug was fantastic. Many thanks!
