You can cancel without any charges up to three days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and will go to the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or not showing up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you wish to use during the trip.
