You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip. In such cases, the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will not be refunded and will go to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a full charge applied to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any personal items you may need during the trip.
