You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or no-shows will incur the full trip cost charged to your card.
