Captain Kyle has spent his entire life exploring the forests and lakes of northern Wisconsin, developing a deep love for fishing and hunting along the way. This passion naturally guided him to become a professional fishing guide. For the last eight years, he has been assisting anglers of all experience levels in experiencing the excitement of a rewarding day on the water. Whether you’re aiming for a big catch, hoping to gather enough fish for a fresh meal, or wanting to learn new fishing techniques, Kyle tailors each outing to meet your specific needs.
He is dedicated to providing an exceptional and enjoyable adventure—attentive, adaptable, and fun-filled. With Captain Kyle leading the way, the trip is about much more than just catching fish; it’s about creating lasting memories, gaining new skills, and soaking in all that the Northwoods have to offer. He is also willing to accommodate various starting locations for your convenience.
My son recently turned 10 and requested a guided fishing trip for his birthday. After finding Kyle online, the booking process was incredibly straightforward, and he stayed in contact throughout the planning. Once on the water, Kyle assessed our existing knowledge to customize the experience according to our understanding and the specific fish we were targeting. He brought plenty of gear to ensure we found the best spots and had the highest chance of success. Kyle expertly helped my son cast to the perfect location, making it almost impossible for him not to catch a fish. This was easily a 10 out of 10 experience, and I can’t recommend it enough! I’m already planning our next trip with him. 😄

Join Kyle for an expertly guided float trip dedicated to pursuing river Muskie across some of Wisconsin’s most picturesque and productive waterways. Experience Muskie fishing in its rawest form—remote, immersive, and customized daily based on current conditions.
Depending on the water levels, weather patterns, and where the best bite is happening, you'll explore one of several iconic rivers such as the Chippewa River, Flambeau River State Forest, Eau Claire River, or Bad River. These locations provide exceptional solitude and are loaded with prime Muskie habitats.
Starting points are flexible and selected to suit the day's strategy. Your vessel will be either a stealthy Hooligan raft, traditional Driftboat, or an 18-foot jet boat, determined by the specific river and water conditions. These boats afford access to waters that are off-limits to most other anglers.
This adventure suits intermediate to advanced anglers. Whether you’re casting large gear, twitching topwater lures, or fly fishing, Kyle will have everything perfectly set up for you. All rods, reels, and tackle are supplied, with live bait available for an extra cost—just inform him ahead of time.
The trip generally begins around 7:00 AM and lasts between 4 to 8 hours, accommodating up to two anglers. You're welcome to bring your own beer (no glass bottles, please), as Kyle aims to keep the vibe relaxed while you chase the ultimate catch.
Prepare to float through untouched stretches of Wisconsin’s wilderness and go head-to-head with the Northwoods’ top predator. Get ready for an unforgettable Muskie adventure—you’re in expert hands.
