Captain Jack offers a perfect mix of enthusiasm, expertise, and local insight for every adventure on the legendary Cape Cod waters. With 15 years spent fishing these seas and a degree in Vessel Operations and Technology from Maine Maritime Academy, he combines natural skill with formal training to ensure you’re catching fish while everything runs efficiently. Holding a 200-ton captain’s license and working offshore with Kirby Marine, Jack is highly experienced in boat handling and safety.
He partners with his longtime friends and fellow captains, Bob and Tyler—whom he first met during their freshman year at Maine Maritime. Their close-knit team is what makes each outing feel both professional and welcoming. This is their second vessel together, and they have invested their combined knowledge and passion into creating memorable charters.
Whether your goal is landing Stripers, Bluefish, or simply enjoying a relaxing day out on the water with plenty of action, Captain Jack and his crew are ready to deliver. They provide all the gear, refreshments, and snacks you need, from a prime Cape Cod location that gets you fishing quickly. This trip is designed to keep you coming back season after season.
Your guide can also adjust the departure point to suit your needs. Overall, it’s an excellent experience! Captain Jack is experienced, patient, adaptable, and we ended up catching plenty of fish. Noman's Land is a stunning island well worth exploring.
You can cancel your booking without any fees if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you wish to use during the trip.
Our offshore excursions begin early in the morning to ensure we arrive at the fishing spots around sunrise. As the first light appears, bait fish become active, attracting both tuna and sharks. The journey to the fishing grounds typically ranges from 1.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on the exact destination and departure location.
During tuna fishing, we either troll or use live bait while drifting. A mate is onboard to help with setting up gear and safely handling any fish or sharks that are caught.
We provide water and snacks for your comfort, and the boat is equipped with a bathroom. Additionally, Bluetooth speakers are installed throughout the vessel, allowing you to enjoy music during the trip if you wish.
The 1986 Harris Cuttyhunk Down East Cruiser, named Bloodline, is a 36-foot fishing vessel powered by a robust 435 hp Volvo engine. Designed for comfort and functionality, Bloodline features a full bathroom, a livewell to keep your catch fresh, a fridge for drinks and food, and a separate icebox for storing fish. Whether you’re an experienced angler or a casual fisherman, this boat offers a stable and enjoyable ride. Expect a productive fishing trip with ample space, essential amenities, and reliable performance, making Bloodline ideal for extended excursions on the water.
