You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and have the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your payment method.
