You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your payment method.
All essentials are provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional personal items you may need during the trip.
