You can cancel without any fees up to 14 days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your card.
