Join your expert guide Ikaika for an unforgettable jet boat adventure on the Mighty Mo (Missouri River), targeting massive Rainbows and large Browns in a renowned blue ribbon tailwater.
This river offers expansive, calm, and fast-flowing water—a challenging environment for traditional drift boats. However, with a jet boat at your disposal, you'll enjoy greater mobility, allowing you to repeatedly access prime fishing spots throughout the river. Nestled within the historic Gates of the Mountains, an area once navigated by Lewis and Clark during their Western exploration, this river is famous for its trophy-sized fish. Anglers typically find fish around 17-18 inches, with excellent opportunities to hook specimens exceeding 20 inches.
During this full-day trip, Ikaika will pilot the jet boat upriver, then power down to row you through some of the best canyon runs multiple times. This approach provides access to deeper waters that aren’t suitable for wade fishing, enabling you to focus on the most productive areas. Along the way, Ikaika will share his professional fly-fishing expertise and guide you as you cast your line. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned angler, Ikaika is enthusiastic about teaching and committed to helping you catch fish!
