You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days prior to your trip and get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in charging the full trip amount to your card.
