You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least three days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than three days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your card.
