You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, and a credit will be refunded to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and will be paid to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear is provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any other personal items you may want during the trip.
