You can cancel your booking free of charge if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip and the amount will be refunded as a credit to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you do not show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
All equipment will be provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suited to the weather, and any personal gear you'd like to bring along for the trip.
