Captain Nathan, known as DJ, hails from Florida and brings over a decade of experience as a fishing guide in the local waters. Raised fishing around Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, he boasts deep expertise about the fish species and the region. This ensures a fantastic chance for anglers to catch fish and enjoy an unforgettable outing. DJ favors targeting species such as permit, cobia, redfish, and snook.
Above all, DJ is a genuinely great person. We arranged a six-hour excursion with him, aiming for snook and redfish. Before the trip, he was excellent at providing clear details on the meeting spot and adjusted the timing to maximize our fishing success. While on the water, DJ worked diligently to help us find fish, sharing his extensive knowledge in an approachable manner. Although a recent cold front made fishing more challenging, he still managed to guide us to some fish and gave us solid chances at catching impressive snook and redfish.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time fishing with DJ and highly recommend him for anyone planning fishing trips around St. Petersburg and Tampa.
You can cancel your booking at no cost if done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will result in the loss of your deposit, which will go to the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the entire trip fee will be charged to your payment method.
All essentials are provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal items you may want for the trip.
