You can cancel at no cost if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded as account credit. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. On the actual day of the trip, cancellations or failure to show up will result in a full charge of the remaining trip balance to your payment method.
All essentials are provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional items you may want during the trip.
