You can cancel your booking at no cost if you do so at least 14 days prior to the scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in charging the full trip cost to your payment method.
All essentials are provided, however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any additional items you may want to have during the trip.
