Captain Chris has been passionate about fishing from a very young age. As a kid, he would ride his bike to a nearby lake after school to fish for Bass and Garfish, often sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with friends. His father, an experienced fisherman, spear fisherman, and captain, passed down his expertise to him. Although Captain Chris initially pursued a career in electrical engineering and worked in that field for a few years, he realized his true calling was on the water. He decided to leave his engineering job, attended captain’s school, earned his license, and has since been working as a professional boat captain. Fulfilling his lifelong dream, he now delights in guiding beginner anglers to catch their personal records. “There’s nothing better than seeing the joy on someone’s face when they land the fish of a lifetime. Tight lines,” shares Captain Chris. Not only is he a skilled professional, but also a genuinely great person.
