You can cancel your booking without any charge if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be returned to your account balance. If you cancel within 14 days before your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge to your payment method.
