You can cancel your reservation without any charges if done at least 3 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancellations made within 3 days of the trip will result in the deposit being retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
